How we fix the screens that make people hesitate.
One project in each industry we focus on. Designing and building since 2019.
A note on these projects. These are projects we designed ourselves to show how we think and work. They are not client engagements, and we have not invented results. Want us to do this for your product? Let’s talk.
Flowdesk: a first-run experience that shows value fast
Fictional team-collaboration product · Self-initiated
The problem
New users sign up, face an empty dashboard, and leave before they see what the product does. Most of that drop-off happens in the first session.
What we designed
- A three-step setup that asks only what the product needs to be useful
- A pre-filled sample workspace, so the dashboard is never empty
- A pricing page that explains each plan in plain language
Key decision
We cut the signup form to email and password and moved everything else into the product, after the person has seen value.
How we would measure it
Signup-to-activation rate, time to first completed task, and week-one retention.
Zellpay: a money app people can trust on day one
Working prototype, built for investor demos · Not yet launched
inside the frame
The problem
People hesitate to hand an unfamiliar app their money. A product that mixes check deposit, tap-to-pay and crypto has to feel safe before it feels clever.
What we designed and built
- Signup, login and logout flows that feel like a real banking app
- Check deposit by scan or voice, with clear confirmation at every step
- NFC tap-to-pay and crypto kept in one calm, consistent interface
Key decision
Trust signals sit exactly where fear peaks: identity checks, fee wording and deposit confirmations all use short, plain language.
How we would measure it
Signup completion, identity-check drop-off, and the share of first deposits that finish.
Carewell: booking and records without the confusion
Fictional patient portal · Self-initiated
The problem
Patients and staff face cluttered screens, medical jargon and too many clicks, which leads to missed appointments and extra support calls.
What we designed
- Booking in three taps, with plain-language appointment types
- Test results and records written for patients, not clinicians
- Large touch targets and high-contrast text for accessibility
Key decision
We designed for the most stressed user: someone on a phone, in a hurry, reading about their own health.
How we would measure it
Booking completion rate, number of support calls about the portal, and accessibility audit results.
Hearth: listings that turn visitors into inquiries
Fictional property platform · Self-initiated
The problem
Searching is slow, listing pages bury the answers buyers want, and most visitors leave without ever contacting an agent.
What we designed
- Fast search with filters that remember what you chose
- Listing pages that answer price, size, location and fees at a glance
- A one-step viewing request that asks for a time and a phone number only
Key decision
The contact action stays visible while the visitor scrolls, so the next step is always one tap away.
How we would measure it
Inquiry rate per listing view, viewing requests per week, and search-to-listing click-through.
